Junior, Product Owner

Position Summary

supports the development and delivery of digital products by working closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and product development and want to build a career in product management. The Associate Product Owner will help translate business needs into product features, support backlog management, and contribute to delivering user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager/Product Owner in defining product features and improvements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into user stories and product specifications.
• Help manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Conduct basic market research and user feedback analysis to support product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in communicating product updates and progress to internal stakeholders.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: from 0 to 2 years of experience
• Interest in Product Development: Understanding of digital products, technology trends, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse problems and contribute to solution development.
• Communication: Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical Curiosity: Interest in working with engineering teams and understanding how digital products are built.
• Data-Driven: Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success (experience with tools like Google Analytics, etc.).
