Position: Project Coordinator

WADIC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its project management team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. This role involves supporting project operations, coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support project managers with scheduling, task allocation, and tracking overall project progress.
• Assist in creating project timelines, scope documentation, and resource planning.
• Monitor project activities, identify potential risks or delays, and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination or project management within an IT or software environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in web and mobile projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently.
