Junior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
