Junior Project Coordinator - Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Required

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:

• Coordinate with Staff Officers and/or Task Operations Support Manager for smooth execution of daily operations.
• Schedule meetings, books travel, reserves conference rooms, coordinates meetings, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track assignments, monitors deadlines, and confirms that daily tasks are completed promptly and without error.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for logistical arrangements, supporting the efficient flow of information and activities across the mission offices and executives.
• Enable Staff Officers to focus on higher-priority and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
• 3+ years in project coordination, project management, and operational efficiency
• 2+ years coordinating complex travel, meetings, assignments and deadlines with high proficiency and attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
