Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities across teams.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).

Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.

Identify and resolve issues, risks, or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle.

Prepare regular status updates, reports, and documentation.

Support the senior project manager and leadership team with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements

1–2 years of project management or coordination experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Nice to Have

Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, ScrumMaster) or currently pursuing.

Familiarity with budgeting or financial tracking.
