Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager at PSdigital you will oversee the flow of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. You will Lead, Control and Monitor between various teams,
Manage deadlines, and optimize resource allocation to support our marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the workflow by leading and controlling to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments, to define project scopes and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize team productivity.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the workflow and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting to track performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in project management or traffic management within a marketing agency.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing processes.
  • Multitasking, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Familiar with project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
