Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Project Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator . You will work closely with delivery teams, customer success managers, and leadership to:

• Track projects
• Maintain timelines
• Improve operational clarity
• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys structure, coordination, and problem-solving , and wants to build a strong foundation in business operations and project management .

What You’ll Do

Project & Workflow Management

• Track ongoing projects across teams and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Flag risks, delays, or dependencies early and help resolve them.

Operational Support

• Support the creation and maintenance of process documents, SOPs, and playbooks .
• Help improve day-to-day workflows by identifying inefficiencies or gaps.
• Assist in onboarding new projects or team members into existing processes.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a central point of coordination between teams.
• Share clear status updates with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure communication is structured, timely, and well-documented.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare basic reports on project status, timelines, and operational metrics.
• Keep documentation updated and organized for easy reference.
• Support leadership with data and summaries when required.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with tools like:
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Docs / Slides
• Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing clarity.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to marketing, content, SEO, or digital teams.
• Basic understanding of how projects move from planning to execution.
• Interest in operations, systems, or process improvement.
