Junior Project Manager (Technical Background Required)

Job Description:

DH Solutions is looking for a Junior Project Manager who understands real-world software development workflows and has strong knowledge of modern tech stacks.

This is not a theoretical management role — we need someone who understands how development actually works in production environments and can manage ongoing technical projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing software development projects
• Coordinate between Laravel, MERN, Flutter, and UI/UX teams
• Monitor daily tasks and sprint progress
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Communicate clearly with developers and leadership
• Identify blockers and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Use project management tools (HubSpot, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Laravel, Node.js, React/Next.js, Flutter, APIs, SQL, etc.)
• Clear understanding of how real-life development cycles work (Dev → Staging → Production)
• Knowledge of Git workflow, CI/CD, deployments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in software project coordination
