Junior Project Planner

Role Overview:

Wood Couture creates bespoke furniture and interior solutions for luxury projects. The Project Planner ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards by coordinating schedules, resources, and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update project schedules for design, production, shipping, and installation.
• Track progress and report delays or issues early.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Assist project managers with resource planning and timeline management.
• Prepare simple progress reports and updates for management.
• Ensure projects meet Wood Couture’s quality and delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning, preferably in furniture, interiors, or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury furniture or hospitality projects.
• Primavera certification.
• Multilingual skills for international projects.
