About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build their expertise in Python and backend development. You will contribute to developing applications, APIs, and databases while learning best practices, coding standards, and modern tools under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Assist in building and maintaining applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• API Support: Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs for smooth data exchange.
• Database Operations: Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to create and optimize queries.
• Code Quality: Write clean, simple, and well-documented code while learning industry standards.
• Testing: Contribute to writing basic test cases (PyTest, Unittest) and ensure bug-free code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver assigned tasks.
• Learning & Growth: Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously improve technical skills.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (final year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience:
• o 0–3 years of experience in Python development (internships and academic projects count).o Familiarity with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Technical Skills:

o Basic understanding of Python programming and object-oriented principles.o Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).o Knowledge of Git and version control systems.o Understanding of APIs and web technologies (HTTP, REST).o Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Docker is a plus, but not required.What We Offer

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
