Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance

Execute test cases for SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.

Test K2/Nintex SmartForms, workflows, and service integrations.

Validate custom solutions from a functional and user-experience perspective.

Report bugs or issues clearly in the team’s tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Help perform regression testing, UAT support, and post-deployment validation.
-
Assist in improving test scenarios and test coverage.
Documentation

Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, manuals, and test reports.
-
Document workflow diagrams, functional behavior, and business processes.
-
Keep system documentation updated after changes or new releases.

Prepare release notes and evidence for testing sign-off.
Collaboration & Support
-
Work closely with senior testers, SharePoint administrators, and solution owners.

Participate in requirement review and understand functional needs.

Support business users during UAT or training sessions.
-
Follow established QA procedures and contribute to improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of SharePoint (navigation, lists/libraries, permissions).

Exposure to workflow tools (K2/Nintex, Power Automate, etc.) is a plus.

Strong interest in testing, quality assurance, and documentation.

Good writing skills for documenting processes and system behavior.

Ability to follow structured processes and pay strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have (Optional)

Knowledge of automation testing tools.

Basic understanding of APIs or integrations.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
