Junior QA Engineer/Manual Tester (1-3 Yrs)

We are hiring a Junior QA Engineer / Manual Tester with 1-3 years of experience and a strong background in the banking domain. The role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• Mandatory: Banking domain knowledge and experience.
• Experience in preparing, executing, and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Dubai or Bengaluru
