QS Engineer

Job Vacancy – Female Quantity Calculation Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)
Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Quantity Calculation Engineer (QS Engineer) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and verify quantity calculations and measurements for construction works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budget requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate reporting.
• Review subcontractor invoices and verify quantities before approval.
• Prepare progress and cost control reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum [number] years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluency in Tagalog.
