Job Title: Mechanical Quality Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 06 months to 01 year(Internship candidates preferred )

Additional Allowance: Petrol Allowance (additional to salary)

Location: Chakan, Pune.

Bike: Mandatory (As the candidate will be required to commute between two locations)

Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Quality Engieer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mechanical products, systems, and processes in line with company standards and client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical products and parts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Identify defects or issues in mechanical systems and provide solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to enhance product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and processes.
• Ensure that production processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and work on reducing operational inefficiencies.

Skills

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

• Bike: A two-wheeler is compulsory as the role requires commuting between two nearby

locations.

• Travel Allowance: Petrol allowance provided in addition to the in-hand salary.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
