Junior Quantity Surveyor - Civil

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting while supporting senior QS staff in ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Support in evaluating subcontractor quotations and supplier pricing.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing progress claims and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and procurement for cost-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all QS activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying within a contracting company (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with QS software is a plus.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
