Junior Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering)

We are a Civil Contracting Firm specializing in Public Infrastructure Projects across Kerala. We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and support ongoing infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily site progress reports
• Record and update measurements of executed works
• Assist in basic quantity surveying activities
• Compute quantities and working statements for executed items
• Identify and analyze variations from approved budget data
• Support documentation and reporting related to project quantities

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS)
• Fundamental understanding of civil engineering construction works
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Willingness to learn, with patience to understand project workflows
• Ability to work systematically with technical data

Eligibility

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Job Details

• Nature of Job: Desk-based (QS documentation & data analysis)
• Exposure: Understanding real-time QS data of ongoing infrastructure projects
• Job Location: Karaparamba, Kozhikode

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
