Junior Quantity Surveyor (High‑Rise)

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Support the development of cost estimates and project budgets.
• Help monitor and control project costs during the construction phase.
• Assist in managing and reconciling variations and claims.
• Support preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate closely with senior quantity surveyors, project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Assist in processing and evaluating change orders with accurate cost implications.
• Calculate material quantities required for different construction phases.
• Help monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in quantity surveying or civil engineering projects (internship or fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying software (e.g., Win QS, CCS) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
