Junior Recruiter

Navtech is looking for a dynamic Junior Recruiter who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Working as a Junior Recruiter at Navtech, you will:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.) through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements of each role and identify the right talent.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fitment (skills, experience, and culture).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track the hiring pipeline.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment database.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring IT positions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, offer negotiations, and joining formalities as required.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and IT skill sets.
• Possess the ability to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand.
• Have MBA/Bachelors Degree and education throughout in English medium.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
