Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is the direct link between our premium products and our customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations (in-showroom, at client sites, or virtually), understanding client needs, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for interior design and a talent for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
- Customer Consultation: Conduct detailed, needs-based consultations with potential clients to understand their project vision, budget, and functional requirements for window treatments.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Shutter Shop’s entire product range (shutters, blinds, tracks) to provide expert advice and recommend the best solutions.
- Site Visits & Measurements: Schedule and conduct on-site visits to take precise measurements, assess the space, and provide final quotations. (Training on measurement techniques will be provided).
- Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare and present professional, detailed quotations to clients, clearly explaining the value proposition and customization options.
- Sales Closing: Effectively guide customers through the decision-making process, address objections, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed individual targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover and a seamless customer experience from sale to completion.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the home improvement, interior design, construction, or a related retail sales field.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Self-motivated with a driven and persistent attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
