About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Sales Associate with a foundational understanding of finance to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and is eager to build a career in sales and financial services.

You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting prospective clients, and following up to close opportunities and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls daily
• Engage with prospective clients and assess their financial needs
• Clearly present products/services and guide customers through the sales process
• Conduct consistent and timely follow-up with leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
• Basic knowledge or background in finance, banking, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
