Job Purpose

The Sales coordinator – ELV is responsible for:
-
Support the sales team in achieving business objectives by coordinating proposals and preparing technical and commercial documentation.

Ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities for ELV systems, including timely submission of quotations and follow-ups.
-
Process orders efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Diploma or certification in Sales, Business Administration, or Project Management is a plus.

Technical knowledge or training in ELV systems.
-
Familiarity with CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.
Experience and skills:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in ELV, MEP, or construction-related projects.

Experience in handling proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Familiarity with ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Audio-Visual, and Structured Cabling.

Proven experience in tracking POs, maintaining logs, and preparing sales reports/charts.

Exposure to CRM systems, ERP software, or sales dashboards is an advantage.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Serve as the coordination hub between sales, technical, procurement, and clients for ELV solutions.

Support sales operations by maintaining records, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Provide accurate reporting, documentation, and presentations to management for decision-making.
-
Manage and update proposal/quotation logs to track all submissions, revisions, and client feedback.
-
Maintain charts and trackers for Purchase Orders (POs) received, pending, and in process.
-
Prepare sales presentations, reports, and dashboards for management reviews and client meetings.
-
Ensure all sales-related documents (quotations, BOQs, LPOs, contracts) are properly recorded and accessible.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
-
Monitor project handovers and ensure sales-to-project transition is smooth.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Track and follow up with clients on submitted offers and orders.
-
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales decks for client meetings and management updates.
-
Provide administrative support for scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling client queries.
