Junior Sales Engineer - HVAC Duct Factory | Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join our HVAC duct factory in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or junior engineer who wants to build a career in technical sales, HVAC ducting, client communication, estimation support, and project coordination.

The selected candidate will receive training and guidance from senior team members while supporting the full sales process, including lead generation, client follow-up, quotation coordination, factory coordination, delivery tracking, and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Identify and approach potential clients, including MEP contractors, main contractors, consultants, and project owners.

· Support senior sales engineers in business development activities and client visits.

· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.

· Maintain customer records and update project status.

· Assist in achieving assigned sales targets.

Technical & Product Support

· Learn and understand HVAC ducting products, including GI ducts, PI ducts, stainless steel ducts, black steel ducts, and aluminium ducts.

· Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

· Support the team in recommending suitable ducting solutions based on project needs.

Estimation & Quotation Support

· Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.

· Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and production teams.

· Follow up on submitted quotations and provide updates to clients.

Client Communication

· Attend client meetings and site visits with senior team members.

· Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Factory & Order Coordination

· Coordinate with the factory and production team to track order progress.

· Follow up on delivery schedules and keep clients updated.

· Assist with payment follow-ups when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· UAE driving license is mandatory.

· Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi and attend occasional site/client visits.
