Junior Sales Executive

We are a rapidly expanding Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai, offering innovative and results-driven marketing solutions including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation Campaigns.

As part of our growth, we are seeking energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executives who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in the fast-paced digital marketing industry.

Role Overview

The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. This role is designed for candidates who are starting their sales career or have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

You will receive training, mentorship, and support to quickly adapt to our processes and succeed in achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Dubai and the UAE.
• Support the sales team in achieving the monthly sales target of AED 20,000.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Learn to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) confidently.
• Collaborate with senior sales executives to execute strategies and close deals.
• Prepare basic reports on sales activities and client interactions.
• Continuously learn about the digital marketing industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (digital marketing industry is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Package: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (performance-based, applicable upon meeting targets).
• Probation Period: 1 Month with training and evaluation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided after 3 months (performance-based).
