Junior Sales Executive

Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida / Chandigarh (as per company requirement)
Experience: 1 year in sales within construction product manufacturing

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (negotiable for candidates from the same industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential clients, including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads.
• Promote FRP products (manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, fencing) with technical knowledge.
• Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
• Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals.
• Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports.
• Maintain CRM records and submit visit reports and sales updates.
• Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in construction product manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Mandatory: Candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
