The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for managing our CRM system (SalesHub), maintaining an updated client database with visit ageing, and proactively reaching out to new potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and other channels across the UAE and GCC. The candidate should have prior experience with CRM tools and be capable of handling smaller customer accounts and assisting with daily sales operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about sales and client engagement. The candidate should be comfortable handling smaller accounts and supporting senior team members in day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system (SalesHub) with client interactions, follow-ups, and visit ageing.
  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in the management of smaller customer accounts and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support pipeline tracking, quotation follow-ups, and client meeting scheduling.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and provide weekly reports on lead status, client outreach, and conversion progress.
  • Prepare sales documents, client presentations, and basic reports as required.
  • Assist with planning and executing email marketing or outreach campaigns
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the UAE and GCC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or CRM support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (SalesHub or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital networking tools.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
  • Arabic language skills (optional, but a plus).
  • Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market landscape.
