We are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Executive who will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with new clients. Your contributions will enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Contract: Full Time
The salary and classification will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new leads and establish contact with prospective clients.
  • Proactively research and identify potential clients within the ecommerce and digital sectors.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients by crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration across teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross selling opportunities with existing clients to maximize revenue growth and enhance long-term business relationships
  • Create customized price quotations tailored to client needs, demonstrating a strong ability to assess required services and provide accurate pricing.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates who have also possess experience in ecommerce or digital agency sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities, with proficiency in market research and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Notion and HubSpot is highly preferred.
  • Should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: e-commerce development, web design, email marketing, SEO, CRM solutions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

Hours: Monday to Friday. 8:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00.
Work location: Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC)
