We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present and sell to prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and secure profitable deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
