As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present and sell to prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and secure profitable deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
