Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, playing a significant role in generating revenue and developing our customer base. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies. In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our services and products. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing.

  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop and enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in planning and executing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate sales leads and follow up on sales inquiries from potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and support.
  • Record and report sales activities, and results to the sales manager accurately.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts and data effectively.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to connect with potential clients.
  • Contribute to the team's goal by achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for success.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
