Role

Full-time, on-site Junior Sales role. You’ll handle inbound leads, support outreach to potential clients, maintain relationships with existing customers, and collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service. You’ll also help coordinate occasional sales training and maintain accurate CRM data.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound sales inquiries
  • Assist with outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare quotes, and track deals
  • Coordinate with Operations on hand-offs and customer updates
  • Support the preparation and delivery of sales trainings/materials
  • Report weekly on pipeline and key activity metrics


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years  in a sales, customer success, or service role (logistics experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal  organizational  skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Language proficiency:  Turkish  C1+  (or equivalent) and English  B2+ . We welcome applicants of any nationality/first language.

Nicetohave

  • Experience with Zoho (CRM/Inventory/Books) or similar tools
  • Familiarity with transport/logistics terminology
