Junior & Senior Accountant (Real-Estate)

We are looking for Junior and Senior Accountants to join our growing real estate team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidates will have experience in UAE real estate accounting, a strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and VAT compliance, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tenant payments and property-related expenses.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with VAT filings and compliance.
• Supervise and support junior accounting staff (for Senior Accountant role).
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with finance and management teams for budgeting and reporting.

Requirements

• Junior Accountant: 0–3 years of accounting experience in UAE real estate.
• Senior Accountant: 4–8+ years of accounting experience in UAE real estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred.
