Junior/ Senior STEM Curriculum Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging learning content tailored to our target audience. The role involves creating age-appropriate, skill-based, and outcome-driven curriculum materials, including lesson plans, projects, assessments, and teacher guides. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and instructional designers to ensure the curriculum is innovative, effective, and aligned with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, activities, and projects.
• Align content with national/international education standards (e.g., NEP, NCF, IB, Cambridge, STEM.org).
• Develop engaging teaching-learning resources (worksheets, project guides, multimedia aids, assessments).
• Integrate 21st-century skills (creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration) into the curriculum.
• Incorporate technology tools (coding platforms, robotics kits, learning management systems) into teaching modules.
• Collaborate with faculty to pilot-test the curriculum and refine based on feedback.
• Create teacher training materials and facilitate faculty development sessions.
• Ensure curriculum scalability for different grades, boards, and learning environments (classroom, makerspace, online).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in education, EdTech, and STEM pedagogy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, STEM, or related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional content development, or teaching.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
• Familiarity with STEM/coding/robotics tools and hands-on project-based learning is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, engaging formats for students.
• Excellent research, writing, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Creativity and innovation in designing learner-centered experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with STEM education, coding platforms (Scratch, Python, MIT App Inventor, Arduino, etc.), or robotics kits.
• Exposure to international curriculum frameworks (IB, Cambridge, NGSS, Common Core).
• Background in teacher training or EdTech product development.
