Job Title: Sr. Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination with contractors, quality control, and timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute site work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams at site
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and proper construction practices
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare work reports
• Handle basic quantity estimation and material requirements
• Check and ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, and finishing works
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions
• Ensure work completion within timelines and budget
• Maintain site records, measurement books, and material logs
• Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of residential & commercial construction
• Basic understanding of RCC, brickwork, plaster, and finishing activities
• Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability and site management skills

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant site experience in real estate construction
