Job Summary

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is looking for a Junior Site Engineer (Civil) with 2–3 years of experience to support daily site operations., assisting in execution, coordination, and monitoring of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and execution of works
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor work progress and report updates to the reporting manager
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
• Support in site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare daily reports and basic documentation
• Help resolve minor technical issues on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in construction/site execution
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with drawings and site coordination
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• UAE experience is an advantage

Work Location: In person
