About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Junior SOC Engineer (L1.5)
to join our Security Operations team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between L1 monitoring and L2 advanced analysis, focusing on
network security events, incident triage, and escalation handling
. You will support daily security operations, contribute to investigations, and ensure timely response to critical alerts. This position offers hands-on experience in network security and a strong career development path toward advanced SOC engineering.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in a SOC, NOC, or technical support role (internships or projects acceptable).
advanced knowledge of
network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools
.
Familiarity with incident handling and ticketing systems.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
Certifications such as
CCNA Security,FCF & FCA & FCP CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
are a plus.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
