Job Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Junior Social Media Executive on behalf of a client in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in social media management and looking to gain hands-on experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily activity on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to messages and comments, and monitoring trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, comments, and direct messages.
• Maintain regular engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to support content ideas.
• Respond to audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure consistent posting schedules and maintain platform activity.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and engagement goals.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media management and platform features.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of digital trends and basic social media analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistency in posting.

Experience

• 1–6 months of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
