Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other automation platforms) for content writing, email drafting, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in data analysis, data entry, and generating AI-based insights.
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
- Support marketing activities including AI-generated social media content and email campaigns.
- Manage CRM updates and maintain accurate digital records.
- Coordinate with different departments to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, email automation tools) is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, digital marketing, IT support, or AI-related roles preferred.
