Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 6 PM - 2 AM (PKT)
Salary: 35,000 PKR per month
About Us:
Systemapic is looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team if you have 6-12 months of experience and a strong technical background in data analytics, software development, and problem-solving then don't hesitate to apply.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data-driven applications using Python/SQL/Node Js.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports in Power BI & Tableau to support business decision-making.
• Build and optimize machine learning models for data analysis and automation.
• Manage and optimize databases, write complex queries, and improve data workflows.
• Collaborate with the team on wireframing, KPI tracking, and solution design.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through presentations and reports.
• Work on CRM and ERP platform setup and customization to align with business needs.
• Develop AI automations using custom scripts and third-party tools for workflow optimization.
• Lead software tools integration with AI solutions and third-party platforms to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–12 months of experience in software development or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI & Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience in Python & Machine Learning for data processing.
• Proficiency in SQL & database management.
• Ability to work with data handling & wireframing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Good communication & collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of AI Automation and Integrations.
• Experience in using automation tools or CRM/ERP platforms (Preferable).
