Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Inavista is looking for a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Document test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing
• Perform and document risk analysis
• Record test progress and results
• Code automated tests
• Create test plans
• Discover bugs within software
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
• Research and analyze product features being tested
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• 1+ year’ industry experience
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Personal skills:

• Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and colleagues
• Collaborates in a team effectively
• Is able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons
• Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications. Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities
• Works under routine direction, without frequent reference to others
• Take initiative and ownership of work, contribute in improving overall processes

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Working hours: 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
• Health Insurance Coverage (including OPD)
• Annual Salary Increments
• Yearly bonus based on individual & team performance
