Junior SQA Engineer(Urgently Hiring)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior SQA Engineer to join our QA team. You’ll be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality of our software products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in manual testing who is eager to grow and learn in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand software requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing of resolved issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and test results.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to test case reviews.
• Learn and follow established QA procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 year of experience in manual testing (internship/freelance/project experience can be counted).
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of SDLC and the role of QA in the development process.
• Familiarity with bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
