About the Role
Provide functional, operational support to the department by taking a specific, identified role for assigned projects and tasks.
Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and providing necessary data/information for developing corporate business plan and tracking progress including technology requirements, industry standards, production capacity and construction capabilities.

Help in embedding and tracking the strategic and business plans.

Liaise, coordinate and facilitate with internal departments.

Assist in collaboration with internal team to define strategic objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.

Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and digital research.

Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace.

Assist in selecting appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving strategic problems.

Keep abreast of emerging behaviours, technologies, and companies that are changing the industry’s landscape.

Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, financial modelling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel and go-to-market models, customer / market research etc.

Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.

Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Required Skills

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and industry.
