Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (subject to qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

Burtville Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to join our Real Estate development team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support structural design and detailing activities, primarily related to reinforced concrete works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Reinforced Concrete (RC) shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and approved designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and site teams.
• Review structural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable local regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical support during construction stages as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant structural engineering software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
