Junior Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Junior Supervisor to assist in supervising daily site activities. The ideal candidate will in ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and according to project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise labor and ensure proper attendance and discipline on site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and safety rules
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
• Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to the supervisor
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain basic site records and reports
• Help resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards at the site

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Intermediate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of site supervision experience
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Willingness to work on-site
