Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and support targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or call center operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling international clients or B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Target-oriented and results-driven attitude.
