JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior System Administrator who is locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining. The ideal candidate should have foundational experience in IT system administration along with knowledge of PBX systems and CCTV infrastructure. This role will support the IT team in maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and servers
• Provide technical support for users including hardware, software, and network issues
• Support the setup and maintenance of PBX telephony systems
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure system security and reliability
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior system administrators when necessary
• Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN connectivity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support
• Basic knowledge of server administration, networking, PBX systems, and CCTV systems
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with IP PBX systems, network-based CCTV systems, and basic network configuration
• Understanding of Active Directory, system backups, and network security basics
