Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Technical Support Associate to provide IT support and resolve technical issues for users within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Log and track issues through the IT ticketing or service management system.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine IT maintenance.
- Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
- Must be currently located in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
- Experience using IT ticketing systems or help desk software.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and remote support tools.
