TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Technical Support Associate to provide IT support and resolve technical issues for users within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Log and track issues through the IT ticketing or service management system.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine IT maintenance.
  • Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
  • Must be currently located in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems or help desk software.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and remote support tools.
