JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior System Administrator to support the management, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with system administration tasks, strong troubleshooting skills, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, systems, and networks.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT systems.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in backup management and data recovery processes.
• Support the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations and IT processes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with system troubleshooting and server maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be locally available in Bahrain.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and security practices.
• Experience with backup and monitoring tools.
