Junior System Administrator

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our team at Bayantech. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who's eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and systems
• Monitor system performance and report any issues
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot basic IT problems
• Support user account management (creation, access, permissions)
• Help maintain system security, backups, and updates
• Document processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
