ManagingSEO is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Technical SEO and AI Content Expert to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
The successful candidate will be involved in a blend of technical SEO implementation and strategic AI content development.

• Technical SEO Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying issues related to site architecture, indexability, crawlability, and site speed.
• Work with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and site speed testing tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
• Monitor and report on website performance metrics, core web vitals, and organic search rankings.
• Assist in optimizing website structure, sitemaps, robots.txt files, and internal linking strategies.
• Implement and verify schema markup and other structured data.
• Ensure mobile-friendliness and overall technical health of client websites.
• AI Content & Strategy Responsibilities:
• Utilize various AI content generation tools to assist in drafting, optimizing, and scaling content for clients.
• Develop prompts and workflows for AI tools to create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that aligns with content strategy.
• Review, fact-check, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure it meets quality standards, brand voice, and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.
• Assist in keyword research and content gap analysis to inform both human and AI content creation efforts.
• Monitor and report on the performance of AI-generated content.
• General SEO & Reporting:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and advancements in AI technology.
• Prepare and present reports on SEO and content performance to the senior team.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented company-wide.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications):

• A foundational understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Familiarity with at least one or more AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies (especially AI).
