We are looking for technology specialists who are creative problem-solvers for the position of Junior IT consultant. IT consultants are responsible for implementing technological solutions to solve business problems, creating a schedule for analysis, implementation, and testing of the technology, and working with in-house technical teams to ensure consistency of use, among other duties.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Implementation

· Support the deployment, configuration, and testing of IT solutions.

· Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

· Provide technical input under the guidance of senior consultants.

Requirements & Documentation

· Collect business requirements from clients.

· Prepare documentation such as system specs, process flows, and user guides.

· Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.

Client Coordination

· Collaborate with clients to understand challenges.

· Participate in meetings and solution demonstrations.

· Provide basic training and user support.

Continuous Improvement

· Research emerging technologies and best practices.

· Contribute to process enhancements and solution improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· 0–2 years of relevant IT experience (fresh graduates may be considered).

· Internship or exposure to consulting or technical roles is preferred.

Skills

· Basic understanding of software development, databases, or networking.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Good communication and teamwork.

Willingness to learn and work in dynamic environments.
