About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client business requirements, designing tailored Odoo solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and support of Odoo ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis, gather business needs, and prepare functional specifications.
• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with the technical development team to design and deliver integrated business solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for clients.
• Ensure Odoo ERP solutions align with client expectations and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules and business processes (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in business requirement mapping and system configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Odoo Certification preferred.
